Important Things You Should Know
Question and Answers
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We stand behind the quality of every clean. If you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We’ll gladly return the next business day to make it right.
Where is key kept in between appointments?
To ensure security, your key will be stored in a lockbox at your preferred location around your home. It is accessed by your cleaning team only on the day of service and securely returned after use. For added peace of mind, we recommend placing the lockbox in a spot monitored by your security camera, if available.
What if I want to make changes to appointments?
No problem at all, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any schedule changes so we can adjust accordingly. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee equal to half of your regular cleaning rate to help cover scheduling costs.
Do I have to purchase supplies or equipment?
No need to worry, your cleaning team will arrive fully equipped. We do ask that you provide a vacuum cleaner; however, if one isn’t available, we are happy to bring ours. If you have specific cleaning products you prefer, just let us know, we will gladly use them to meet your preferences.
How do I manage my security system?
Kindly make sure your alarm system is disarmed before our arrival. Alternatively, you may provide us with the code and instructions to deactivate it. We’ll ensure it is properly reset upon departure.
What are the terms and conditions of the contract?
The terms and conditions will be provided at the start of the contract, along with the contract handbook, health and safety cleaning manual, job confirmation sheet, and other relevant documents.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card), Checks, Cash and paypal.
What if something gets damaged during cleaning?
While we take great care when cleaning your home, occasional accidents may occur. In the event of any damage or breakage caused during our service, we will make every effort to repair the item or replace it if a repair isn’t possible.
